Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

  • By installing, registering, or using FortSwift v2.0, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

  • FortSwift is a SaaS remote-desktop platform for devices you own or are authorized to access.
  • The Service includes the FortSwift client, federation POP routing infrastructure, and backend account, audit, and device management APIs.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use only devices you own or are authorized to access
  • Do not use the Service illegally or distribute malware
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Service or binaries
  • Do not mass-create accounts or materially degrade the Service for other users

4. Account and security

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe
  • MFA is strongly recommended
  • Notify support@fortswift.com immediately if you suspect compromise

5. Fees and billing

  • Beta period is free for invited internal beta testers until GA.
  • Post-GA pricing is posted at /pricing, with at least 30 days notice before pricing changes.

6. Data and privacy

  • Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Singapore PDPA.

7. Service availability

  • We target 99.0% monthly uptime post-GA.
  • Beta is provided as-is without uptime guarantees.
  • Enterprise SLA is available by contacting support@fortswift.com.

8. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time via the admin web UI.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms.
  • After termination, data retention follows the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

  • To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Fookstar Tech Pte. Ltd. maximum aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
  • The Service is provided as-is without express or implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
  • Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Singapore.
